Fyodor was born in Orel in 1982 and graduated from State Polytechnic University of Orel in 2005. He has been an active member of Orel branch of INBI World since 1999 and has attended all of the available teaching programs by INBI. He has taken part in and held titles in a number of INBI, regional, state and international Tui Shou competitions.
Fyodor is currently a certified INBI World instructor in Capoeira and this year was elected as a President of the Regional Federation of Afro-Brazilian Martial Art of Capoeira. He is also a holder of the Level 1 Daoist Alchemy membership and deputy regional administrator of INBI World Daoist academy.
