Secrets of Rejuvenation for Women
Introduction
The program of the camp includes: dieotology of rejuvenation, cosmetology of rejuvenation, ancient practical secrets of rejuvenation in Celtic, African, Daoist, Buddhist traditions, based on the principle of changing the quality of time in space.
The camp will be conducted by Oleg Cherne – researcher of different world practices for health preservation and improvement; researcher of drinks and liquids.

- Improving energy circulation

- Recovery of internal nurturing of the body

About the program
Every person has secret internal capabilities, but blocks existing by birth or caused through our life activities don’t allow us to open and use these capabilities.
Lack of proper knowledge in modern man for things like behavior of the body during the day or seasonal change often add more stress on the human organism. The aging of the body is also influenced by factors such as lack of understanding of the nature of the five tastes, and the work of the different systems of the body. The same can be said about the art of living through the seven feelings, about breathing and intercourse, massages, positions in exercises etc. One way or the other, one should understand the body holistically. This, in turn, requires knowledge of proper methods and development of proper structure as opposed to applying partial techniques with temporal effect.
Accomplishing the program of rejuvenation requires understanding of the concept “acquiring the root of algorithm” or “naturalness” through which the aging process can be stopped.
The project of rejuvenation is a form of practical knowledge where women will not only go through a cycle for reorganization of the internal systems of the body, but will also acquire practical knowledge about the systems of the body and the methods of Daoist, Buddhist and Celtic yoga.
Practical methods of Daoist yoga
- Art of breathing
Method directed towards knowing the nature of breathing. Improperly regulated breathing leads to increased blood circulation in the body and, as result, faster burning of life force.
- Teaching of the water orbit
Method which explains the nature of internal connections in the body. Man consists of water and, as result, of different intercellular connections. If they are not sustained, the integrity of the body is distorted and the unity of the existence – fragmented.
- Teaching of purification of the covering body
Method, directed towards sustaining the characteristics of the body
- Art of the yin-yang face
Method which explains the nature of mimics and the ability to develop and sustain the glands of the face and the head in proper condition
- Developing the volume of the flower pond
Basic method for energy construction of the woman. Developed from the perspective of female body as understood in Daoist yoga.
- Strengthening of yin
Practice directed towards developing ability for gathering the life force of the 12 bodily organs.
- Teaching of the chest orbit
Method, directed towards sustaining and strengthening the work of the glands which influence the quality of the female body
- Dietary instructions
Method directed towards knowing the nature of eating and drinking
Practical methods of Buddhist yoga
The essence of Buddhist yoga as system can be represented through the ideas of higher and lower tantra, or the idea of transformation and purification. Lower tantra is based on the system of kriya-yoga (yoga of the mind), higher tantra – on yoga as system based on specifically developed practices and techniques, stemming from the Vedic texts and directed towards purification of the body, the mind and the speech.

Method directed towards studying the nature of speech from the perspective of life force preservation as used in Celtic tradition

Method which governs the change of the aging process, based on the ancient Celtic knowledge about water

Basargino village complex is situated in a picturesque part of Altay region in Russia. The unique atmosphere of clean nature is surrounded by hills, filled with birch and juniper forests, and vast fields. The territory of the village is neared by a mountain rook and has manmade lake, as well as few springs with beautiful water.
