Code of Man (Health4Men)
Introduction
Health and Wellness Camp
This camp is targeted at men and offers to examine the pressing problem of strengthening and developing the organism. The offered solutions are based on a knowledge system which has been tested for 20 years in various parts of the world. | |
|---|
The camp will include a number of short lectures and practical classes covering the following topics:
- knowing one’s own potential and the limits of one’s personal strength
- maintaining and improving your shape (healthy appearance, activeness, vigorousness)
- defining the directions for future development of your body and energy.
Every man remembers clearly the period of his life when he was in top shape: he did everything with ease; he was full of strength and looked to the future with optimism. Each problem had a solution… Every man aspires to prolong this active period of his life when he feels powerful, full of energy, agile, flexible, capable of handling straining physical activities, tireless when not ill, or easily overcoming sickness. Yet with time preserving one’s health becomes more and more difficult.
The Wise men of ancient times taught that in order to maintain yourself in perfect condition you must first know yourself. A system for restoring and improving your health can be effective only when it teaches you to understand your own nature and the processes occurring in your organism and their interrelatedness.
A number of traditions offer their centuries’ old experience based on the correct use of one’s body (exercise), mind (concentration, behavior formulas) and energy (dietology, natural supplements). In many great cultures such as the Dao, Tibetan, Andean, Vedic and Celtic cultures, medicine viewed the human organism as a holistic structure of interrelated elements. These traditions believed that the existence of the spirit and the body was not limited to a period of 50-60 years’ long lifetime but could be measured in hundreds of years and even eternity.
From a contemporary point of view these ideas seem incredible, moreover the task of our camp is not to plunge into the depths of abstraction but rather to master certain practical methods for strengthening and improving our organism. In relation to this, knowing the cultures which study immortality can contribute to our cause in the very initial stages of our practices.
As a result of the practical classes at our camp you will restore your vigor and your physical shape; you will examine your own potential and find your own personal rhythm. And most importantly you will attain knowledge about the methods and modes for restoration.

Camp Program
Power
In the Dao alchemy ‘power’ incorporates the following three concepts:
- filling (chongying)
- coordination (guantong)
- circulation (xunhuan)
When fulfilling these three forms one can attain full power – strength resulting from transformation. One of the main tasks of our camp is to demonstrate and explain the basic principles for developing power that are based on the Daoist knowledge of the body, which differs extremely from the views of European medicine.
Dao (Chinese) medicine treats the body as a vessel where nine transformations can occur. Ordinary people live according to the laws of the first, second or third-level transformations depending on their personal nature. And this means that in most cases they can use not more than 30% of the abilities of their body. Our camp will present you with this knowledge of power which can help you develop further.
During the course of our camp the participants will have a chance to convince themselves in the effectiveness of the method in which the proportion, symmetry and rhythm bring about results a hundred times faster and more effectively than the household reactionary methods, and thus take ten times less time.
The Art of Muscle Development
A special system for muscle development will be studied with the aim of learning how to maintain and improve our body. The knowledge attained through this system will help us achieve a visible effect (in our appearance) as well as preserve our health avoiding problems of the inner systems of our body that arise from incorrect control of physical exercises.
To men shaping muscles is more than simply an aesthetic pleasure. It involves creating correct proportions within the body. Since each man has his own individual and specific muscle groups, trying to impose an outer shape that does not fit his inner personal nature will lead to inner exhaustion and a decrease in life expectancy.
The correct shaping of muscle groups is not linked simply to the correct correspondence to personal nature but brings in effect actual strength due to the fact that it’s based on a number of concepts from Dao yoga. The ability to develop one’s muscles is a true art that influences all vital processes of a man. In the Dao tradition muscles are perceived as the alchemical body since they represent the largest portion of the human organism.
According to Daoist alchemy all muscles in the human body must be connected in a single energy process. Otherwise they will create a state of inner development in which instead of muscles shaping the body we’ll have the body modeling the muscles. As a result we’ll have a temporary effect of saturation only for the moment when the muscles are active.
The camp will teach you how to develop correctly your muscles so as to avoid such temporary strength effects and prevent health problems that arise from incorrect training of the muscles.

The Art of Consuming Drinks
The participants in the program will be acquainted with an effective clear-cut and accurate system regarding nutrition and the consumption of drinks that will enable them to maintain their vigorous state and good shape.
70% of our body is water. So what we drink and the way we drink it is extremely important. The incorrect consumption of drinks and poor-quality drinks disturb the properties and functions of the body on the level of the molecule, which actually consists mainly of water.
This topic will be examined from the viewpoint of Celtic alchemy. Celts were the first to bring the culture of drink consumption to the level of science, the level of an art that links it to the concept of achieving higher states. The knowledge of Celtic alchemy is extremely important for contemporary men since it reveals a special ability to maintain and preserve the molecular structure of the body. The Celts knew: there’s not much one can say about a drink – it can both create and destroy. Today the knowledge of drinks not only guarantees a good living but also helps develop one’s tastes.
A number of drinks will be examined at the camp from the viewpoint of their properties and significance, their influence on body structure, health and self-esteem, and not simply through their social function or their ability to drench your thirst.
The following drinks will be studied:
- water
- tea
- coffee
- wine
- beer
- yoghurt drinks
Dietology
This topic will be examined from the viewpoint of the doctrine of five tastes. This doctrine is subject to the laws of Chinese medicine. The main task of our camp is to tune your personal taste proportionally. To this end various supplements prescribed individually will be applied.
The camp will aim to simply adjust your taste. In order to achieve the necessary results participants will be prevented from eating food that is typically part of their diet.
The doctrine of food is the most important of all doctrines since every type of food carries a harmful or a positive energy. The art of eating correctly is in keeping the laws of the five tastes so this will be the main task of our camp in relation to this trend.
The Art of The Nuptial Bed
During our classes special attention will be paid to the Art of the nuptial bed, the concept of sexual nature, ways for interacting with women guaranteeing a deeper experience and the nature of sexual energy that will enable you to see your interacting with women from a new perspective.
The art of the nuptial bed in the Dao tradition is like a science about nurturing your vigor, regenerating your Qi energy and reinforcing your Jing energy (in relation to the understanding of the sexual energy). These practices represent some of the key aspects of the Dao alchemy and are crucial to people who wish to transform their way of life.
Our camp will introduce you to the basic program of these practices that are related to the restoration and transformation of energy and the closed energy transformers responsible for a person’s sexual activity.
Sexual practices – ‘The Art of the Pure Virgin’ or ‘The Art of The Nuptial Bed’ – represent some of the oldest doctrines of Ancient China. They were focused mainly on replenishing one’s vigor and nurturing the spirit. For a long time this doctrine represented a separate and independent set of practices in the context of finding immortality. At our camp we will study the basics of this system since it is a rather complex one and its thorough examination requires a lot of time. Yet even the basic study of this system will introduce you to the following aspects:
- the nature and importance of stimulation, sexual health, control of stimulation and preventing dysfunctions
- the art of interacting with women
- sex as deplenishing and replenishing
- sexual practices and longevity – myth or reality?
- basic knowledge about transforming sexual energy.

Adjusting Your Inner Rhythm
This topic will be viewed from the point of the Indian tradition. Your inner rhythm is a specific mechanism that influences your personal identification. At our camp we will help you restore your personal rhythm in case it has been lost.
This will be done through the use of some practices developed in Ancient India. In the Indian tradition the inner rhythm was perceived as the ability to live in accord with your true identification. This doctrine concerns certain aspects of life manifested in specific mental and physical characteristics that are based on correct breathing and blood circulation.
During our camp this doctrine will be studies with special care since it concerns the source of reserves in the human organism.
Rejuvenation
In the Dao tradition rejuvenation is one of the nine transformation processes related to the reorganization of vital processes. At our camp we will explain the mechanisms that can lead to regeneration, renovation and reinforcement of cells of your body and thus help you improve your health and attain a healthy appearance.
The camp will provide the necessary conditions which in combination with the program will help you restore a number of vital functions that will naturally bring about certain rejuvenating effects.
Structuring space (Hexie huanjing)
This is the art of transforming the properties of space with the aim of achieving quick and good results in any activity. This doctrine is defined by the ability of a master to change the Qi energy of a certain place so as to ensure a better effect of his actions and activities. This is achieved through Dao alchemy and Yoga.
The participants in the camp will be introduced to the concept of space and realization in space. The ability to use space to one’s advantage is one of the basic sciences of Dao alchemy. These practices rely on concentration, feeling and the availability of sufficient energy within the person.
