Introduction
A-Tantra is a program aimed at the rapid recovery of one's personal energy potential through ecstatic experiences, where people are trained to deal with their stress and uncontrolled excitement by experiencing a power of various practices and art forms.
A-Tantra develops one's conscious experience through art, showing the borderline between art and skill. Any art controlled by consciousness can be used for practicing A-Tantra.
What is A-Tantra?
Today the term 'tantra' stands for a number of different emotions caused by a person's actions done in full awareness. This is a serious doctrine of ecstatic experience associated with the state of tension, which many experience as excitement. With the right approach Tantra has a strong potential to be used for personal transformation and development.
In today's world, where reaction and reflection have replaced the notions of feelings and emotions, people hide behind their feelings yet are unable to understand their nature. And before they take up the tasks of personal development they need to understand the sensations provided by practices of some techniques. It is important to understand that most people react to these experiences without actually understanding their essence.
A-Tantra (the letter "A" stands for renewal and development) is a kind of bridge for the people that stops them from hiding and being deceived by their desires, and teaches them to understand and experience them fully. The human body and mind in the modern world have become so technical that even while engaging in pastimes, activities or training, we are often unable to enjoy them fully. We have almost completely lost our understanding of the depth of aesthetics.
A-Tantra demonstrates that modern man has become incapable of attaining a higher transcendent state, so he must first deal with lower level experiences. With the right approach and accompanied by a profound analysis, these experiences do not simply reveal man's nature, but also teach him to attain true understanding rather than simply reacting, which makes him dependent on his own emotions.
How the method works
A-Tantra is the contemporary art of experiencing, where people - according to their preferences and interests - can reach a certain state caused by variety of stimuli. Nowadays when people do not have enough concentration to control their own state, they have to comprehend the essence of their experiences in order to gain the ability to revive this higher state and experience feelings that they are not yet able to assess and endure. Thus, practicing A-Tantra is a prerequisite for the personal development of modern man, since it teaches us that we must first identify and define our efforts, and later determine our future actions.
Thus A-Tantra calls for a serious approach to the concepts related to different kinds of uncontrollable excitement, it also makes the person face the very same questions of the ethics and aesthetics of relationships that govern ordinary people. A-Tantra is not about sexual therapy sessions or group sex. Practitioners are faced with the task of understanding experiences that remain largely unconscious and therefore not known, not open. It is essentially about confronting oneself, deepening one's relationship with oneself and the people around.
This is why A-Tantra is one of the most essential elements of development. Man must learn to question his own behavior, his everyday experiences since they represent a certain type of energy that we gradually learn to control.
A-Tantra involves the following:
- Learning how to contemplate the characteristics of one's experiences during a particular activity that involves physical, sensory (emotional) and mental stress.
- Using any technical base that has a rhythm.
- Changing the person's attitude towards what he encounters.
- Forming a more serious attitude towards personal development; it actually offers a more professional and informed method for development, based on certain principles and laws, and not just on feelings.
Program Objectives
- To demonstrate that people are dependent on their reactions and are incapable of controlling their state in relation to the stimuli.
- To teach people how to control their minds, feelings and reactions.
- To help people restore their natural rhythm and introduce them to the tasks of personal development.
The goal of A-Tantra is to provide you with the opportunity to experience a wide range of human qualities and teach you to differentiate between feelings and emotions since they create a wide range of states and affect not simply each person but also his consciousness. The goal of A-Tantra is not to teach people or change their nature. Its objective is to help us comprehend our own nature as well as understand that in the modern world reaction and reflection override our sensory experiences and the true depth of knowledge. |
