1. Lecture: Practical methods for women
   
2. Practice:
   
   • Strengthening of the breathing
     
   • Strengthening of the yin form
     
   • Body refinement through the element of Water
     

• cushion to sit on (or book) 15-20 cm thick;
  
• a rug or blanket for spreading, 0.5-1 m wide and 1-1.5 m long;
  
• convenient clothes
