Study of the Womb Orbit
The art of realisation of the womb orbit is part of the Elixir Cauldron tradition (Golden Elixir school). It is directed at strengthening of the Flower Pond Vessel (the womb) and understanding of the circulation within it. The Flower Pond Vessel is a special vessel in the female body responsible for the physiological, energetical and mental processes in woman.
The teaching of the womb orbit is one of the fundamental teachings of Daoist alchemical system, which is based on the teaching of the Flower Pond Vessel.
The teaching consists of three levels:
Level 1
Realization of the circulation in the Womb orbit.
Level 2
Realization of the yin and yang connections in the Womb orbit.
Level 3
Realization of the energies qi, jing and shen in Womb orbit.
