Daoist Yoga

They are ancient arts for a modern woman. The major part of them was received directly from reclusive female masters who belong to the Daoist Tradition of inner alchemy known as the School of the Immortal Way (of Mao Shan mountain). The hermits of this line are the followers of one of the most powerful and secret traditions, and in spite of the fact that many of them belong to the branch of “magic” Taoism which is considered to be more connected with various rituals and use of minerals and plants, they have preserved the knowledge about the most ancient practices of female shamanism. This knowledge became the basis of the system called Yin-Methodology.

At present, the teachers of this line use the practices of Yin regulation regardless of the gender of a practitioner. From experience, they know that this way they create and strengthen the basis for a further alchemical process “cultivating of Yang”.
