A series of three intense seminars in Daoist Alchemy conducted by INBI founder Oleg Tcherne will take place for four days in Sofia (Bulgaria) during May 6—9.
The seminars will cover all major aspects of Daoist internal work in both theoretical and practical aspects - art of concentration, Daoist meditation, strengthening of the breathing, regulation of the energy of the kidneys, as well as specifics of female work and internal martial arts.
